Croft, a cosplayer and bodypaint artist from the UK, posted two pictures of herself dressed as Spider-Man and Deadpool on Twitter. However, both their costumes were damaged during what appears like a fight between them. The caption asks fans who they think was the winner of the battle: Spider-Man or Deadpool. Both costumes are afflicted with similar injuries. There are minor tears on the neck and upper chest, as well as major tears that show the eyes and nose of the heroes.

In 2019, when Deadpool’s transition to the MCU first was announced, fans hoped that the Merc With A Mouth to make an appearance in the upcoming Spider-Man The Ultimate Spider-Man: No Way Home. Deadpool 3 is scheduled to release in theaters on the 8th of November 2024.
